Dear... LGBT Folks
Hey, I don't really have a place or people to share this with.
My friends are mostly straight and I often have to talk to them about boy interests while I'm more interested in girls. It has become a daily thing for me, but I just need to share my experiences with being bisexual.
Homophobic local communities don't help either.
I enjoy seeing same-sex female couples on TV shows, just by watching them I feel understood. I love when hidden feelings are finally shown to that one person.
I wish I could find a girlfriend soon. I'm kind of lonely. There was a recent situation when one girl wanted to kiss me without my awareness but I refused because I wanted to know what she wanted to do and she didn't want to tell me. I missed an opportunity, but maybe it's better because I wouldn't have been able to be in a relationship with her for various reasons. I wish non-hetero relationships were easier - it's pretty hard to find a girlfriend and be a girl at the same time, in a country that is very disrespectful towards... pure love.
I know I'm not alone. This problem occurs in many towns, many countries where many hopeless LGBT people live. But I want to say that I wish you all the best. I hope you have opportunities to show your love on the streets and not be scared, but instead, be happy.
Your feelings are the most important thing out here and you deserve to find somebody who will love you.
I'm waiting for a safe life.
