Dear... Unreplied Letters
Firstly, I was not expecting to arrive here. I was just searching for a place where I could write something at the moment. Actually, I was planning to create a blog, you know something to make my life busy and purposeful. Then behold! I'm here, reading stranger's thoughts and their unsaid words. And for that, I want to extend my gratitude to whoever made this website. You are right when you said, "because everyone has a letter to write" for people are searching and seeking for a space where they can let go of emotions into words hoping someone out there can understand them better than whom they are with.
Oftentimes, those whom we didn't know at all can tell more about what's going on in us. They never heard things about us, those hard parts. All they take is what you give. I was scrolling through the letters here and it was overwhelming in numbers and the stories it holds. I've read a letter from someone who complains about life, a wife who is wanting a divorce and from a girl who confesses her love to someone from a far. Everyone, truly, has a story to be told.
Some letter are just needing for attention, some are seeking for help and some even take you to step into their shoes. There was this one letter that I'd randomly chosen and as I was reading it, in my surprise, it feels like I'm reading myself. Every word she used to describe what she was going through, spoke to me like it was me who was in there. I can say I've relate to her, every inch of it. I even took a photo of that letter.
For everyone who wrote here and for you who is planning to, I hope you will receive the answers and replies you are longing for. You are not just here to merely write something but you are hoping to be heard and seen by those you are writing that letter to. If I could just reply back to you and give you what you desire. But I guess, it doesn't work that way. Thank you for being honest, brave and amazing!
